Polymer Flake
Our polymer flake systems are scratch and impact resistant, UV stable and anti slip. They last a lifetime with minimal maintenance, and are highly customizable, with nearly endless amounts of options, including 1/4″ flake blends as well as hybrid blends, all supplied by Torginol. These coatings are the best option for garage and shop floors, but also work well in basements or commercial spaces.
It’s a two day process for our flake systems which start with grinding the entire floor and patching all cracks and holes. We then apply a 100% solids epoxy basecoat that we broadcast your choice of flake blend to the point of rejection. Once the epoxy is hardened, we scrape and clean up all of the excess flake and apply an extremely durable polyaspartic top coat. This system can be applied to any concrete surface as well as plywood subfloors.
